This artwork is based on a photograph I took around the time of summer solstice in 2020. Close to dusk, the sunlight leaks between the breaks of the trees, illuminating the cascade amidst the lush, shaded foliage of the high-altitude forest. Exploring these environments is a personal ritual that deepens my connection with the Earth, allowing the inner voices to be heard. I feel a greater connection to my purpose on this planet after visiting landmarks such as this, and those intentions are poured into every pixel that composes this artwork.
